Frequently asked questions

How does personalization work?+

Enter the name, initial, or birthstone you'd like on the product page before adding to cart. Personalized pieces are made to order, so please double-check spelling — we can't edit an order once production has started.

How long does a personalized order take?+

Personalized pieces are made to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days, before transit time.

What metals do you use?+

Pieces are available in 14k gold-fill or sterling silver, noted on each product page.

How do I care for my jewelry?+

Keep pieces dry, avoid direct contact with perfume or lotion, and store separately to avoid scratching.

Can I return a personalized item?+

Because personalized pieces are made specifically for you, they can only be returned if they arrive damaged or with an error on our part — see our Refund Policy for full detail.

Do you ship internationally?+

Shipping destinations are configured per store — check the checkout page for what's currently available.
