Refund Policy

1. Return window

You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

2. How to start a return

Contact us at contact@linneaandco.com with your order number to start a return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

3. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and used/damaged items (outside of manufacturing defects) are not eligible for return.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact contact@linneaandco.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
